Sidra Capital Holding is committed to aligning its values and business strategy with social and economic needs, while responsible business practices and ethical business are incorporated into the company's activities.
1. Social Responsibility Policy
Sidra Capital seeks to develop a policy that ensures a balance between the company’s goals and society’s goals.
1.1. The company’s policy is to manage its business in a way that includes:
- 1.1.1. Fair treatment of all employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- 1.1.2. Transparency in trade policies and practices.
- 1.1.3. High standards in all matters relating to health, safety and the environment.
- 1.1.4. Ethical business practices throughout its operations.
1.2. To succeed in providing the best possible service to our customers, every employee must adhere to the group's core values and support them in the workplace. Employees are expected at all times to exercise the highest ethical provisions and comply with the laws applicable to their duties.
1.3. Organizational focus areas (balancing company and society goals):

1.4. The CEO oversees the social responsibility program and ensures its implementation across the company, with a dedicated CSR budget approved as part of the company’s estimated budget.
1.5. The Marketing Department implements CSR initiatives, including:

- 1.5.3. Charitable events
- 1.5.4. Educational programs
- 1.5.5. Volunteer programs
- 1.5.6. Staff and community awareness campaigns
2. Group Policies
2.1. Community investment: Two components—charitable donations and support for a wide range of local and national organizations. Employees are encouraged to donate time to local issues.
2.2. Charitable donations: Each fiscal year the Board approves an amount for charities. This may increase over time based on profitability and is administered by Marketing.
2.3. Benefits of community involvement: Increased participation opens doors to propose or join new projects. Staff receive regular updates and can propose initiatives.
3. Environmental Responsibilities
Sidra Capital is committed to improving environmental performance and adopting best practices in corporate sustainability by protecting the environment from pollution and other damage.
3.1. All employees are encouraged to contribute to environmental goals.
3.2. The group aims to:
- 3.2.1. Respect, encourage and develop internationally recognized environmental principles.
- 3.2.2. Minimize environmental impacts of current operations and assess impacts of new ones before launch.
- 3.2.3. Reduce carbon, energy and natural resource use (lighting, machinery, paper, etc.).
- 3.2.4. Support modern technologies that deliver long-term environmental benefits.
- 3.2.5. Improve energy efficiency in buildings and manage energy wisely.
- 3.2.6. Minimize waste and adopt responsible disposal procedures.

3.3. Energy consumption: Aim to reduce energy use and ensure offices are energy efficient.
3.4. Lighting: Encourage low-energy lighting and segmented areas so lights can be turned off when not needed.
3.5. Water: Seek to reduce water usage.
3.6. Paper: Reduce paper consumption, increase recycled paper, and encourage email/electronic records.
